Nestled down in an exclusive block of cabernet vineyards and world class wineries in Rutherford, MHB undertook this project for clients whose main goal was to transform the back portion of their expansive estate into a place where they could spend hot, lazy summer afternoons splashing around the pool with grandkids, and evenings entertaining family, friends and guests.
Project highlights consist of a timber-framed pool house with a full outdoor kitchen, the renovation of an existing pool, and partnering with an award winning landscape architect to create a relaxing atmosphere.
